I didn’t start Clarke Culture because I dreamed of running a salon.
I started it because I couldn’t pretend the old way made sense anymore.
Rush people in. Overbook your day. Slap on a gloss. Fake a smile. Hope for tips,. Burn out. Repeat? No. Thank. You.
I wanted more. And I knew I wasn’t the only one.
While salon suites offered freedom, they left out something crucial:
Support. Structure. Sacred standards. I didn’t want to escape the industry- I wanted to elevate it.
So I built something else.
